(e) Final inspection. All swimming pool installa- <br /> <br />iitions shall be completed and the pool shall be completely filled <br />i!with water and in operation before final inspection. <br /> <br /> (f) Failure to call for inspection Failure to <br /> call for the proper inspections and securing approval for each <br /> inspection will be considered a separate violation and continuing <br /> violation. <br /> <br /> ~2-18.40 Expiration of Permits. <br /> <br /> Every permit issued by the administrative authority under <br />the provisions of this chapter shall expire by limitation and <br />become null and void if the work authorized by such permit is <br />not commenced within sixty (60) days from the date of such <br />permit, or if the work authorized by such permit is suspended or <br />~abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period <br />,~of sixty (60) days Before such work can be recommenced, a <br /> <br />,inew permit shall be first obtained at one half the fee for a new <br /> permit if no substantial alteration in plans is made. <br /> §2-18.41 Correction of errors. <br /> <br /> The issuance of a permit based upon submitted plans and <br /> specifications shall not prevent the administrative authority <br /> from thereafter requiring the correction of errors in such plans <br /> and specifications, or from preventing construction operations <br /> being carried on thereunder, when in violation of this chapter <br /> or any other pertinent law, or from revoking any approval when <br /> issued in error. <br /> <br /> ~2-18.42 Permittee's Responsibilities. <br /> <br /> (a) The applicant for the pool building permit <br /> <br /> shall be considered to be the prime contractor and shall be <br /> responsible for all work required by this chapter. <br /> <br /> (b) No person shall permit any other person to do <br /> or cause or permit to be done any swimming pool work under any <br /> <br /> ~ermit secured by such persons, except licensed sub contractors <br />iiin his employ. <br /> <br /> <br />
