The project developer shall make the following changes to the proposed develop- <br />ment's building designs: <br /> <br />a. Red accent tiles shall be twelve inches (12") square. The proposed redwood trellis to be located in the three-foot (3' 0") landscape <br />area between the rear building walls of the convenience market and the <br />shared access driveway shall be of metal construction. <br /> <br />c. The project <br />developer shall work with staff to provide an upgraded monument sign design for <br />the subject project before issuance of a building permit. The project developer shall obtain a non-buildable easement from the property <br />owner of the Amador Shopping Center (Parcel No. 946-3340-008-02) located ad- <br />jacent to the westerly side of the project site. The easement shall extend a twenty- <br />foot (20' 0") distance from the west side of the subject property.
