<br /> <br />PLEASANTON <br /> <br />PUD-97-14 <br />Exhibit "B", Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />Per Planning Commission <br />July 29, 1998 <br /> <br />I. The zoning designation for the subject property shall be PUD (Planned Unit De- <br />velopment) - C (Commercial). <br /> <br />2. This PUD shall be limited to the following conditional uses: full- or self-service <br />gasoline service station, with or without a convenience market, with or without the <br />sale of alcoholic beverages. <br /> <br />3. This development plan shall be of no further validity and the project developer <br />shall be required to submit the same or new development plan for City approval <br />prior to development of the site in the event that any of the following occur: <br /> <br />a. The project developer fails to receive building permit approval within two (2) <br />years of PUD approval, or <br /> <br />b. Subsequent to such approval, the project developer allows the building per- <br />mit approval to lapse. <br /> <br />4. The subject development shall be constructed substantially as shown on the devel- <br />opment plans, Exhibit "A", dated "Received, July 24, 1998" on file with the Plan- <br />ning Department, except as modified by the following conditions.
