PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-52 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MT. DIABLO NATIONAL BANK FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-98-155 WHEREAS, the Mt. Diablo National Bank has applied for design review approval to construct an approximately 3,000 square-foot addition to a recently-approved 13,400 square-foot, two-story bank located at 992 Main Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at its duly notice public hearing of July 8,1998, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental document was prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed expansion of the recently-approved Mt. Diablo National Bank building is appropriate and meets the intent of the Downtown Specific Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves Case Z-98-155, the application ofMt. Diablo National Bank for design review approval to construct an approximately 3,000 square-foot addition to a recently-approved 13,400 square-foot, two-story bank located at 992 Main Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that time.
