<br />, <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF MT. <br />DIABLO NATIONAL BANK FOR REZONING, AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-98-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mt. Diablo National Bank has applied for a rezoning from the RM-I,500 <br />(Multi-Family Residential) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) District for <br />the approximately 0.4 acre site located at 4287 Stanley Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly notice public hearing of July 8, 1998, the Planning Commission, after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this proposal, recommended approval of a negative <br />declaration prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed rezoning is consistent <br />with the General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case RZ-98-04, the application of Mt. Diablo National <br />Bank for a rezoning from the RM-I,500 (Multi-Family Residential) District to the <br />C-C (Central Commercial) District for the approximately 0.4 acre site located at <br />4287 Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />
