OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON BY THE <br /> i ADDITION THERETO OF FUTURE STREET WIDTH LINES FOR A <br /> PORTION OF RAILROAD STREET AND FOR A PORTION OF ROSE AVENUE <br /> <br />~iTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />~FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br />~Article 2 of Chapter 9 of Title V of the Ordinance Code of the <br />'City of Pleasanton dealing with future street width lines is here- <br />!by amended by the addition thereto of ~5-9.32, providing a future <br />~'~width line for Railroad Street between Division Street and Spring <br />!! <br />i!Street. Said section as added to provide as follows: <br />i~ "~5-9.32 Railroad Street <br />~ The future width for this street is shown on the <br />~ plan prepared by the City of Pleasanton, Departmen~ <br />.~ of Public Works, Division of Engineering, entitled <br /> 'Precise Plan Line for Railroad Street, Division <br />!~ Street to Spring Street' dated December, 1971, <br /> and is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> A sixty feet wide right of way having a center- <br /> line substantially the same as the centerline <br /> of Railroad Street as shown on Record of Survey <br /> No. 348 prepared by MacKay and Somps, Civil <br /> Engineers, dated November, 1967 and Filed <br /> January 29, 1968, in Book G, Page 97, Alameda <br /> County Records." <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> Article 2 of Chapter 9 of Title V of the Ordinance Code of the <br /> City of Pleasanton dealing with future street width lines is here- <br /> <br />2lby amended by the addition thereto of ~5-9.33 providing a future <br />~ ' <br /> <br /> width line for Rose Avenue between Pleasanton Avenue and Fair <br />i~Street. Said section as added to provide as follows: <br /> <br /> "~5-9.33 Rose Avenue <br /> The future width for this street is shown on the <br /> plan prepared by the City of Pleasanton, Depart- <br /> ment of Public Works, Division of Engineering, <br /> entitled 'Precise Plan Line Rose Avenue, Pleasantor <br /> Avenue to Fair Street' dated February, 1972 and <br /> is generally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Maintaining the existing fifty-four feet wide <br /> <br /> <br />
