PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-49 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF MT. DIABLO NATIONAL BANK AS FILED UNDER CASE RZ-98-04/UP-98-21/Z-98-l49 WHEREAS, Mt. Diablo National Bank has applied to rezone an approximately 0.4 acre (17,425 square feet) site from the RM-l,500 (Multi-Family Residential) District to the C-C (Central Commercial) District and for conditional use permit and design review approvals to construct a 29-space parking lot located at 4287 Stanley Boulevard for use by Mt. Diablo National Bank employees and other employees working in the building located at 992 Main Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM-I,500 (Multi-Family Residential, 1,500 square foot lot per unit minimum) District; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 8, 1998, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration prepared for Case RZ-98-04/UP-98-21/Z-98-149; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 15, 1998, and received the recommendations of staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project would not have any adverse impacts on the site's wildlife.
