<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-98-42 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF FRANK AUF DER MAUR <br />FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE Z-98-129 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Frank Auf der Maur has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 9,792 square foot, single-story service commercial building located <br />at 3588 Utah Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD-C (Planned Unit Development-Commercial) <br />District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of June 10, 1998, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project is appropriate for <br />the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section I. <br /> <br />Approves Case Z-98-129, the application of Frank Auf der Maur for design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 9,792 square foot, single-story <br />service commercial building located at 3588 Utah Street, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
