<br />Resolution No. PC-98-39 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />Condition No. 24: <br /> <br />The property owner shall, within thirty (30) days of the execution of the <br />settlement agreement, install a lattice panel extension along the top of the existing <br />masonry wall of 2820 Longspur Way. The lattice panel extension shall be of the <br />same type and cost as that which the shopping center owner installed for the other <br />contiguous residents along Longspur Way. The shopping center owner's total <br />contribution to the lattice improvements shall not exceed two thousand five <br />hundred dollars ($2,500.00). <br /> <br />Condition No. 25: <br /> <br />The property owner shall, within thirty (30) days of the execution of the <br />settlement agreement, make any and all repairs or necessary replacements to the <br />existing automatic parking lot timer by Building No.5 to ensure that it functions <br />properly. <br /> <br />3. The property owner shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for the <br />lattice panel extension prior to commencement of construction. <br /> <br />4. Except as modified by conditions I through 3, above, all conditions of Cases PUD-85-1O <br />through PUD-85-1O-3M, PUD-85-1O-5M, and Ordinance No. 1598, shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />
