CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 651 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT #118, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, <br /> TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> REZONING FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE <br /> PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT, R-1 6,500 <br /> (SINGLE FAMILY), APPROXIMATELY 101.5 acres PROPERTY <br /> OF MORRISON HOMES <br /> <br />~THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />~FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> I. <br /> <br /> ~The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, <br />.ireferred to in S2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance <br />"Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City <br /> <br /> of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 118, dated February 28, 1972, on file <br /> with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto <br />ii as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate <br />i. <br /> land use and zoning districts as shown thereon for the <br /> territory. <br /> <br /> II. <br /> <br /> iSaid territory and zone classification, as amended, is further <br /> idescribed as follows: <br /> <br /> Real property of Morrison Homes, being approximately 101.5 <br /> acres in size, bounded on the west by Santa Rita Road, on <br /> the north by Mohr Avenue, the east by the Southern Pacific <br /> Railroad tracks and the south by a public street presently <br /> known as Kaiser Road, is hereby classified as follows: <br /> <br /> PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, R-16,500 <br /> (single Family) <br /> <br />i~ III. <br />i! <br />'!The zoning classification hereinabove referred to is, pursuant to <br />~S2-12.11(a) of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, and in <br />~order to protect the health, safety and general welfare of the <br />~residents of the City of Pleasanton, specifically conditioned upon <br />the entrance into by the owner of the property herein and/or his <br />authorized agent an agreement whereby the rate of development of <br />~the territory herein rezoned would be phased over a period of years <br />!iin order to make more predictable the municipal and school districti <br /> <br /> <br />
