<br />Resolution No. PC-98-35 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />7. At the time at which the secondary unit actually is rented, the resident owner shall <br />install address signs that clearly are visible from the street during daylight and <br />night time hours and which clearly indicate that two separate units exist on the <br />parcel to the satisfaction of the Fire Marshall. The resident owner shall obtain the <br />new street address for the secondary unit from the Planning Department. The <br />applicant shall prepare a deed restriction to this effect and shall submit it to the <br />City Attorney for review and approval prior to recordation. The recordation shall <br />be accomplished prior to occupancy of the home. <br /> <br />8. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br />20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />
