PC-98-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF MT. <br />DIABLO NATIONAL BANK FOR REZONING AND DESIGN REVIEW, AS FILED <br />UNDER CASE RZ-98-0l AND Z-98-l9 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mt. Diablo National Bank has applied for a rezoning from the C-S (Service <br />Commercial) zoning district to the C-C (Central Commercial) zoning district and <br />for design review approval for a proposed two-story building for which the <br />proposed uses are a bank and office/commercial space to be located at 992 Main <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its duly notice public hearing of April 8, 1998, the Planning Commission, after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this proposal, recommended approval of a negative <br />declaration prepared for this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the rezoning and proposed project is <br />appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of Case RZ-98-0 l/Z-98-l9, the application of Mt. Diablo <br />National Bank for a rezoning from the C-S (Service Commercial) zoning district <br />to the C-C (Central Commercial) zoning district and for design review approval <br />for a proposed two-story building for which the proposed uses are a bank and <br />office/commercial space to be located at 992 Main Street, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF APRIL 1998 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Barker, Dove, Kumaran, and Wright, and Chair Cooper <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />
