<br />Resolution No. PC-98-23 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />constituted in site design, grading, house design, house colors or materials, fence <br />material, fence location, landscape material. etc. <br /> <br />13. All retaining walls higher than four feet (4' 0") from the top of the wall to the bottom of <br />the footing shall be constructed of reinforced concrete or shall be an approved crib wall <br />type. The exterior wall surface shall adhere to the materials and colors shown on the <br />approved design review plans. Calculations signed by a registered civil engineer shall <br />accompany the wall plans. <br /> <br />14. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the building owner/developer shall pay the <br />applicable Zone 7 and City water connection fees and water meter cost, including <br />irrigation meters. Additionally, the building owner/developer shall pay any applicable <br />Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) and City sewer connection fees. <br /> <br />15. All building and/or structural plans shall comply with all codes and ordinances in effect <br />before the Building Department will issue permits. <br /> <br />16. The house shall be constructed to meet Title 24 State energy requirements. <br /> <br />17. The building owner/developer shall submit a pad elevation certification prepared by a <br />licensed land surveyor or registered civil engineer to the Chief Building Official and <br />Planning Director, certifying that the pad and building locations (setbacks) are pursuant <br />to the approved plans, prior to receiving a foundation inspection for the structure. <br /> <br />IS. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director of Building Inspection. Digitized information shall <br />be submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and <br />architectural information as approved by the Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />19. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />20. Dust and mud shall be contained within the boundaries of the property during times of <br />construction. <br /> <br />21. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br />residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />22. No construction materials shall be stored within the public right-of-way. <br />
