Resolution No. PC-98-13 Page 4 EXHIBIT B Conditions of Approval Case UP-98-06 I. The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, floor plan, and narrative, Exhibit "A", dated "Received February 4,1998", on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions, Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval ofthe Planning Director iffound to be in substantial conformance with approved exhibits. 2. All deliveries shall be made on an appointment basis only during business hours. The applicant shall utilize her best efforts to ensure that merchandise is not left on the exterior of the building. Any merchandise which has been left on the exterior premises of the subject suite shall be immediately removed by store personnel. 3. The applicant shall install a small sign at each business entrance indicating that merchandise is not to be left after hours. The signs shall be installed prior to commencement of the business. 4. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this use permit may be submitted to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impact, or may revoke the use permit. { end}
