<br />Resolution No. PC-98-13 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case UP-98-06 <br /> <br />I. The proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, floor plan, and narrative, <br />Exhibit "A", dated "Received February 4,1998", on file with the Planning Department, <br />except as modified by these conditions, Minor changes to the plans may be allowed <br />subject to the approval ofthe Planning Director iffound to be in substantial conformance <br />with approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. All deliveries shall be made on an appointment basis only during business hours. The <br />applicant shall utilize her best efforts to ensure that merchandise is not left on the exterior <br />of the building. Any merchandise which has been left on the exterior premises of the <br />subject suite shall be immediately removed by store personnel. <br /> <br />3. The applicant shall install a small sign at each business entrance indicating that <br />merchandise is not to be left after hours. The signs shall be installed prior to <br />commencement of the business. <br /> <br />4. If operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other <br />impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this use permit may be submitted to <br />the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the <br />Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impact, or may <br />revoke the use permit. <br /> <br />{ end} <br />
