CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 648 ZONING UNIT #116, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, REZONING FROM THE RM-4000 (MULTI-_FAMILY) DISTRICT TO THE R1-6500 SINGLE FAMILY) DISTRICT, A PARCEL OF PROPERTY SOME TWO ACRES IN SIZE OWNED BY H. C. ELLIOTT, INC. {THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS {FOLLOWS: I. ;iThe Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, .referred to in ~2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance .!Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating ~nd dividing the City l'of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: ii Zoning Unit No. 116, dated January 10, 1972, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate land use and zoning districts of the territory referred to therein. II. ~Said territory and zone classification, as amended, is further described as follows: Real Property of H. C. Elliott, Inc., being approximately two acres in size fronting on the extension of Pemlico i! Drive easterly into the property covered by Tentative Subdivision Map #3161 and northerly of Fairlands Drive, is hereby classified as follows: R1-6500 (Single Family) Residential District III. This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption.
