The use shall substantially conform to the site plan, floor plan, and narrative, <br />Exhibit "A", dated "Received January 8, 1998" on file with the Planning <br />Department, except as modified by the following conditions. Minor changes to the <br />plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Planning Director iffound to <br />be in substantial conformance to the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />2. The use shall operate in compliance with the home occupation conditions listed in <br />Section 18.104.030 of the Municipal Code. <br /> <br />3. The hours of operation for the piano and voice lessons shall be Monday through <br />Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM. <br /> <br />4. The total number of students per day shall not exceed eight. <br /> <br />5. The window to the room where the lessons are conducted shall remain closed <br />when the lessons are conducted. <br /> <br />6. All vehicles transporting students to and from lessons shall be parked in the <br />applicant's driveway or in the street directly in front of the residence. The <br />applicant shall impress upon all students and parents the need for them to behave <br />courteously to the neighbors. <br /> <br />7. If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, <br />traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional <br />home occupation use permit may be referred to the Planning Comrnission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. Ifnecessary, the Cornmission may modify <br />or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impact, or may revoke said <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />8. This use permit is not transferable to another address. In the event that the <br />applicant moves, a new application must be submitted. <br /> <br />{end} <br />
