As a long-time resident of Pleasanton (mid 1980's) I have watched our city carefully plan the development housing, office parks and retail. I believe that the addition of COSTCO to Pleasanton retail is a positive for our city. I strongly favor supporting local businesses, and will enjoy shopping at a Pleasanton COSTCO rather than driving to Livermore or Danville.
