All mitigation measures listed within the Draft and Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (DSEIR/FSEIR) prepared for the project and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program dated September 14, 2015 and March 21, 2016, respectively, and on file with the Planning Division are hereby incorporated as conditions of approval for the project and shall be adhered to and/or fully complied with to the satisfaction of the Community Development Department prior to final inspection. 2.
