The six off-white ("natural canvas") colored awnings are approved as shown on the <br />building elevations and photographs, Exhibit "A", dated "Received November 17,1997" <br />on file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. The six off-white ("natural canvas") awnings shall be replaced when tenancy of the <br />southernmost ground floor suite changes. The applicants/property owner shall replace the <br />six awnings with forest green awnings matching the previously-approved awning color or <br />shall submit an alternate awning color to the Planning Director for review and approval <br />prior to installation. <br /> <br />3. The comprehensive sign program for the 349 Main Street building shall be modified to <br />indicate that the illuminated awning sign background color for the tenant(s) with the <br />off-white ("natural canvas") awnings, or other awning color approved by the Planning <br />Director, be painted to match the awning color. The paint color specified shall be subject <br />to review and approval by the Planning Director prior to incorporation into the sign <br />guidelines. <br /> <br />{ end} <br />
