Side Letter of Agreement#1 <br /> JOINT COMMITTEE <br /> During the term of this Agreement,the City and the PPOA shall convene a Joint Committee consisting <br /> of two City Management representatives and two members of the PPOA. <br /> The purpose of this joint committee is to discuss department diversity,personal appearance, grooming, <br /> and incentivizing special assignments. The commission will produce recommendations to be <br /> considered by the City and PPOA bargaining teams responsible for negotiating a successor agreement <br /> in 2020.
