Public Comment <br /> Bruce Feidler spoke about the accomplishments of Serena Chen, who he nominated for a <br /> Jefferson Award. She has done the most to improve public health in California, educating people <br /> across the Bay area to protect them from the death and disease caused by tobacco products.
