20.58.015 Section 109 Amended - Cost of Permit. <br /> <br />Section 109 of the Uniform Solar Energy Code is mended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The Uniform Solar Energy Code fees shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />20.58.020 Section 106 Amended - Violation and Penalties <br /> <br />Section 106 of the Uniform Solar Energy Code is mended to read as Follows: <br /> <br />Penalties for Violation. Penalties for violations will be as provided in Section 1.12.020 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code." <br /> <br />Section 14. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after <br />its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br />Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15) days in the City Clerk's <br />office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />Section 15. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage <br />and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 16.
