Seizure of Fireworks. The Fire Chief shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed at the expense of the owner all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale, stored or held in violation this article. 20.24.240 8003.1.14 amended - Weather Protection Section 8003.1.14 of the Uniform Fire Code is amended to read as follows: The extent of weather protection for hazardous materials shall be at the discretion of the Fire Chief. ' Section 7. Chapter 20.28 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: "20.28.010 Uniform Housing Code Adopted (Subsection A, no change.) B. Said Code is the Califomia Code of Regulations, Title applicable sections, and including by reference the Uniform Housing Code, 1997 Edition, prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials, three copies of which are on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. Said Code is the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, prepared by the Intemational Conference of Buildings Officials, three copies of which are on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. The provisions of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, are determined to be equivalent to the provisions of Califomia Code of Regulations, Title 25 (CCR, T25), Division 1, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1, Article 1, as allowed by Article 6, # 52 of the same chapter. 55
