Seizure of Fireworks. The Fire Chief shall seize, take, remove or cause to be removed at the <br />expense of the owner all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for sale, stored or held in <br />violation this article. <br /> <br />20.24.240 8003.1.14 amended - Weather Protection <br /> <br />Section 8003.1.14 of the Uniform Fire Code is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />The extent of weather protection for hazardous materials shall be at the discretion of the Fire <br />Chief. ' <br /> <br />Section 7. Chapter 20.28 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"20.28.010 Uniform Housing Code Adopted <br /> <br />(Subsection A, no change.) <br /> <br />B. Said Code is the Califomia Code of Regulations, Title applicable sections, and including by <br />reference the Uniform Housing Code, 1997 Edition, prepared by the International Conference of <br />Building Officials, three copies of which are on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. <br /> <br />(Subsection C, no change.) <br /> <br />(20.28.015, no change) <br /> <br />(20.28.02, no change)." <br />Section 8: Chapter 20.32 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, as amended, is hereby further <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "20.32.010 Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings adopted. <br /> <br />(Subsection A, no change.) <br /> <br />B. Said Code is the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, 1997 Edition, <br />prepared by the Intemational Conference of Buildings Officials, three copies of which are on file <br />with the City Clerk for use by the public. <br /> <br /> (Subsection C, no change.) <br /> <br /> D. The provisions of the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, are <br /> determined to be equivalent to the provisions of Califomia Code of Regulations, Title 25 (CCR, <br /> T25), Division 1, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1, Article 1, as allowed by Article 6, # 52 of the same <br /> chapter. <br /> 55 <br /> <br /> <br />
