CITY COLYNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA ORDINANCE NO. 1893 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING TIlE APPLICATION OF MICHAEL CALLA[lAN FOR A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-93-2-SM WHEREAS, Michael Callahan has applied for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan to allow construction of an 18,144-square-foot event center/barrel storage building and an 8,480-square-foot case storage building at the Mitchell Katz Winery property located at 1188 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned PUD (Planned Unit Development) - PdOS/LDR (Agriculture/Open Space/Low Density Residential) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on September 2, 2003; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on September 2, 2003; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed major modification conforms to the purposes of the PUD District. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the PUD major modification to allow construction of an 18,144-squar~foot event center/barrel storage building and an 8,480-square-foot case storage building at the Mitchell Katz Winery property located at 1188 Vineyard Avenue, subject to the conditions shown in "Exhibit B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for fifteen (15 days) in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on September 2, 2003.
