There is no way the City of Pleasanton can"police"the upkeep of a vegetative screening, putting us <br /> at a disadvantage and leaving our privacy and right to property enjoyment unprotected. <br /> HEALTH AND SAFETY CONCERNS <br /> Although concerns about health and safety were already well addressed in the Staff Report,we'd like to <br /> emphasize the fact that although the PMC does not limit the number of bedrooms within a single-family <br /> residence, we strongly feel, given the history of this residence, and by the owner's own admission of allowing a <br /> multitude of"temporary"residents,this project IS in fact a zoning issue.
