It is worth noting that their current plans have a non-accessible window <br /> located in an approximately 86 square foot area(see Figure 8). This window cannot be maintained (cleaned, <br /> cobwebs removed, repaired if broken, etc.) since the area has no door to access the space. Additionally,the <br /> appellant states"Every second story in the area has windows of some sort on most sides of the upper building", <br /> but this statement does not address the aesthetics of the flat front side with one small off-set window(see Figure <br /> 9), nor did they provide proof of similar designs within the neighborhood. The design is not consistent with that <br /> of other houses in the neighborhood that all have at least one or two centered windows on the front-face second <br /> story(see Figures 10-14).
