Location and Notification Map <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Deny the appeal and uphold the Zoning Administrator's approval of Case P17-0372, including <br /> all conditions of approval, with a modification to Condition of Approval No. 6 requiring, at all <br /> times, that a minimum of two parking spaces (measuring 20 feet by 20 feet in area) be <br /> maintained clear and available for parking within the garage. This modification is necessary for <br /> compliance with the requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (PMC) as described in <br /> more detail later in this report. <br />
