POLICE <br /> <br />81. The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity. of signal to and <br /> from the area for City emergency services communications including but not <br /> limited to City 800 mhz tmnked radio, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Services radio, <br /> Alameda County 800 mhz trunked radio, CLEMAR/Police Dispatch, and the <br /> current police mobile data system, unless waived by the Police Department. <br /> Expert opinions may be required in anticipation of communication difficulties <br /> inside or around large structures. Mitigation plans of less than acceptable <br /> communications shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Police Department <br /> prior to approval and shall be financed by the developer immediately upon <br /> approval. <br /> <br /> ENGINEERING <br /> <br /> Streets <br /> <br />82. The developer shall dedicate to the City for street right-of-way purposes those <br /> parcels of land intended to be pu.blic streets (Crosby Drive extension). <br /> <br />83. The developer shall grant an easement to the City over those parcels needed for <br /> public service easements (P.S.E.) and which are approved by the City Engineer or <br /> other easements which may be designated by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />84. The developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter 19.40.010 of <br /> the Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. These <br /> improvements may include, but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and <br /> gutter, sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street <br /> lighting, underground utilities, traffic control devices, landscaping, and automatic <br /> irrigation systems. <br /> <br />85. The design for the line, grade. and structural sections for the streets serving this <br /> development shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />86. The developer shall construct vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters within this <br /> development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer.
