CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1777 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF <br /> ROBERT S. ENEA FOR REZONING AND PUD PLAN <br /> APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert S. Enea has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning to PUD-O <br /> (Planned Unit Development - Office) and development plan approval for the <br /> construction of an approximately 3,220 square foot, two-story office building <br /> located at 3925 Old Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Service Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by <br /> Council on May 4, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 4, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the <br /> rezoning and development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan are <br /> consistent with the PUD ordinance and the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves Case PUD-98-18, the application of Robert S. Enea for Planned Unit <br /> Development rezoning to PUD-O (Planned Unit Development - Office) and <br /> development plan approval for the construction of an approximately 3,220 square <br /> foot, two-story office building located at 3925 Old Santa Rita Road, subject to the <br /> conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the <br /> City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #446, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated May 4, <br /> 1999, and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
