CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1777 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ROBERT S. ENEA FOR REZONING AND PUD PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-98-18 WHEREAS, Robert S. Enea has applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning to PUD-O (Planned Unit Development - Office) and development plan approval for the construction of an approximately 3,220 square foot, two-story office building located at 3925 Old Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Service Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on May 4, 1999; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on May 4, 1999; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendations for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed rezoning and development plan are consistent with the PUD ordinance and the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Case PUD-98-18, the application of Robert S. Enea for Planned Unit Development rezoning to PUD-O (Planned Unit Development - Office) and development plan approval for the construction of an approximately 3,220 square foot, two-story office building located at 3925 Old Santa Rita Road, subject to the conditions shown on "Exhibit B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #446, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", dated May 4, 1999, and incorporated herein by this reference.
