meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br /> <br /> 47. The applicant shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of Building <br /> Inspection for review and approval prior issuance of a grading or building permit. <br /> <br /> 48. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br /> in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br /> requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />_ as approved by the Director. <br /> <br /> Fire <br /> <br /> 49. The applicant shall install an automatic fire suppression system (i.e., fire sprinklers) in <br /> the building, the design of which shall be submitted for review and approval by the <br /> Building and Fire Department prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> <br /> 50. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from <br /> all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant <br /> spaces shall be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br /> 51. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br /> 52. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br /> 53. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities. including all surface roads. fire <br /> hydrants. and a water supply capable of fumishing the required fire flow shall be installed <br /> and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate methods of <br /> protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or <br /> modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted. in writing, <br /> to the Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without <br /> the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> Police <br /> <br /> 54. If required by the Police Department, the building shall be equipped with an alarm <br /> system. the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be <br /> installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br /> Engineering <br /> <br /> 55. The applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br /> engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br /> concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. <br /> This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the <br /> <br /> Conditions of Approval / PUD -98-22 <br /> <br /> <br />
