Commissioner Nagler: Oh that's interesting. Okay thank you. <br />Weinstein: That's coming on the 27th and the Irby likely on the 10th, and then there's a <br />good chance we'll have a workshop on the Zoning Code Update on the 10th as well. <br />They'll be a Downtown Parking Update as well on the 10th and then possibly the Valley <br />Trails PUD /Ponderosa project. That's a little bit up in the air right now. But the only <br />point I want to make is that the 10th is going to be a pretty big meeting, so if you can <br />attend, please do so. <br />Chair Ritter: Are there any GPA's on here other than the Irby one? <br />Weinstein: Ponderosa is as well. Valley Trails is a GPA, not a rezoning. <br />Commissioners Allen and Balch absent on July 27th <br />c. Actions of the City Council <br />No discussion was held or action taken. <br />d. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />No discussion was held or action taken. <br />e. Matters for Commission's Information <br />Weinstein mentioned By -Right proposal. <br />9.
