ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Gerry Beaudin, Director of Community Development; Adam <br />Weinstein, Planning Manager; Larissa Seto, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Natalie Amos, <br />Associate Planner; Jennifer Hagen, Associate Planner; and <br />Kendall Rose, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, Justin Brown, <br />David Nagler, Greg O'Connor, and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />There were no minutes to approve. The Draft Minutes of the April 13, 2016 meeting will <br />be considered at the May 11, 2016 meeting. <br />3.
