a. P15 -0739, John G. Maze <br />Application for Design Review approval to retain the existing residence <br />and construct three new apartment units at the rear and related site <br />improvements located at 236 Ray Street. Zoning for the property is <br />Central Commercial (C -C), Downtown Revitalization, Core Area Overlay <br />District. <br />b. P16 -0174, Graceway Church <br />Application for Conditional Use Permit to operate a religious facility <br />within an existing building in Valley Business Park at 1183 Quarry <br />Lane. Zoning for the property is PUD -1 (Planned Unit Development - <br />Industrial) District. <br />Chair Ritter stated that an email regarding Item 5.b. , P16- 0174 /Graceway Church was <br />received after distribution of the packet. <br />Commissioner O'Connor asked for a moment to read the email. <br />Chair Ritter explained that the questions asked in the email were addressed in the Staff <br />Report and that no discussion was needed. <br />Commissioner Nagler moved to make the required Conditional Use Permit <br />findings as listed in the staff report for Case P16 -0174 and to approve Cases <br />P15 -0739 and P16 -0174, subject to the Conditions of Approval as listed in Exhibit <br />A of the respective staff reports. <br />Commissioner Allen seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Commissioners Allen, Nagler, O'Connor, and Ritter <br />NOES: <br />None <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None <br />RECUSED: <br />None <br />ABSENT: <br />Commissioner Balch <br />Resolution No. PC- 2016 -05 approving Case P15 -0739 and Resolution No. PC- 2016 -06 <br />approving Case P16 -0174 were entered and adopted as motioned. <br />6. PUD -99, Ponderosa Homes <br />Application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan to <br />construct 19 single - family residences and related improvements on an <br />approximately 9.02 -acre site located at 1851 Rose Avenue.
