ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Gerry Beaudin, Director of Community Development; Adam <br />Weinstein, Planning Manager; Larissa Seto, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Jenny Soo, Associate Planner; and Kendall Rose, <br />Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Herb Ritter, David Nagler, and Greg <br />O'Connor <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Jack Balch and Nancy Allen <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. January 13, 2016 <br />Commissioner Nagler requested that the third sentence of the third paragraph on <br />page 10 be modified to read as follows: "Clearly staff is less supportive of it than what <br />we you would like them to be...... <br />Commissioner Nagler moved to approve the Minutes of the January 13, 2016 <br />Meeting, as amended. <br />Commissioner O'Connor seconded the motion. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, February 10, 2016 Page 1 of 10 <br />
