Houston: Yes, that was the one and also just a comment, it would be the desire in <br />working with my partner that it's just going to be on these four acres on the south side of <br />the creek. Really it's a non - starter to go on the entrance of their current driveway. One, <br />the entrance driveway... is not I think up to standards if you were to include a residential <br />unit. It would be very visible from the freeway and frankly not very desirable. <br />Beaudin: Understood. I think we can find a way to work in the roughly four acre parcel <br />or almost five acre parcel closer to the street. <br />Ritter: Great. Thank you so much. I appreciate the input.
