ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Gerry Beaudin, Planning Manager; Adam Weinstein, <br />Planning Manager; Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Eric Luchini, Associate Planner; Jennifer Hagen, Associate <br />Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, Greg O'Connor, <br />and Gina Piper <br />Commissioner Nagler arrived at 7:10 p.m. <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioner Herb Ritter <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
