ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Gerry Beaudin, Planning Manager; Adam Weinstein, <br />Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City Attorney; <br />Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Eric Luchini, Associate Planner; <br />and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, David Nagler, <br />Greg O'Connor, Gina Piper, and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
