Modify the sentence of the first paragraph under the section "Man Made Slopes" <br />on page 43 as follows: "Commissioner Balch stated that he is fine with it and <br />does not eare have any changes to staff's interpretation. <br />Modify the second sentence of the third paragraph under the section "Other <br />Matters" on page 44 as follows: "He noted that these are Heritage <br />trees... watering it for three years is a good adequate mitigation." <br />Chair Allen referred to the first paragraph under b. February 11, 2015 on page 2 and <br />stated that it was she and not Commissioner Ritter who noted that it was Ms. Seto, and <br />not Ms. Harryman, who was at the meeting. She requested that it be corrected <br />accordingly. <br />Chair Allen then requested that the first paragraph on page 10 be modified to read as <br />follows: "Chair Allen asked Commissioner Ritter, if based on putting aside his earlier <br />comment, what would make feF a better Fn a that communication could <br />have been better up front he could support the project based on new information. <br />Chair Allen also requested that the first sentence of the second full paragraph on <br />page 38 be modified to read as follows: "Chair Allen said yes; but however, there would <br />still be a development here WhiGh is in the GeneFal Plan and allows fer an average of 85 <br />homes but 06 only putting On 50 but with only ten homes as allowed by Measure PP." <br />Commissioner Balch moved to approve the Minutes of the February 25, 2015 <br />Meeting, as amended. <br />Commissioner Piper seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Allen, Balch, O'Connor, Piper, and Ritter. <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: Commissioner O'Connor (on Item 6.a) <br />RECUSED: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Ritter <br />The Minutes of the February 25, 2015 Meeting were approved, as amended. <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Commission. <br />4.
