ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Adam <br />Weinstein, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Mike Tassano, City Traffic Engineer; Steve Otto, <br />Senior Planner; Jean Eisberg, Consulting Planner; and <br />Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, David Nagler, <br />Greg O'Connor, Herb Ritter, and Gina Piper <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. January 28, 2015 <br />Commissioner Ritter noted that the vote on the approval of the December 10, 2014 <br />meeting on page 1 stated that Commissioner Nagler was absent.
