MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />There were no members of the audience wishing to address the Commission. <br />4. REVISIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Adam Weinstein advised that Item 6.b., Work Session on Conditional Use Permit <br />(UP- 77 -13, Pleasanton Masonic Center), was continued to a future meeting at the <br />request of the Millers, residents adjacent to the Center. <br />Commissioner Nagler arrived at the meeting. <br />5. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted, approved, or <br />adopted by one motion unless a request for removal for discussion or <br />explanation is received from the Planning Commission or a member of the public <br />by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />There were no items for discussion. <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br />a. P14 -1276, CitV of Pleasanton <br />Application to amend Title 18 (Zoning) of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />to establish a permit process and performance standards for <br />beekeeping. <br />Natalie Amos presented the staff report and described the scope and key elements of <br />the application. <br />Referring to the staff report that states that bee colonies shall have a convenient water <br />source and that dripping faucets shall not be allowed, Commissioner Piper asked for an <br />example of a water source. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, January 28, 2015 Page 2 of 17 <br />
