Future Planning Calendar <br />Lund Ranch II <br />Commissioner Balch inquired when the Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the <br />Lund Ranch II project will be coming before the Planning Commission. <br />Mr. Dolan replied that staff had talked about having the EIR 45 -day review period <br />earlier, but then when the report had to be re- issued because there were omissions, the <br />45 -day review period was moved out, and that item on an agenda got delayed. He <br />indicated that the public hearing for the Draft EIR is scheduled to come before the <br />Planning Commission at its second meeting in August, at which time the Commission <br />can make some preliminary comments and the public will be allowed to comment as <br />well. <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br />No discussion was held or action taken. <br />c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />No discussion was held or action taken. <br />d.
