ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Adam <br />Weinstein, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steven Bocian, Assistant City Manager; Mike <br />Tassano, City Traffic Engineer; Steve Otto, Associate <br />Planner; Shweta Bonn, Senior Planner; Eric Luchini, <br />Associate Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, and Gina Piper <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Greg O'Connor and Herb Ritter <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
