ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Adam Weinstein, Planning Manager; Julie Harryman, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Marion Pavan, Associate Planner; Jenny Soo, Associate <br />Planner; Jennifer Wallis, Associate Planner, and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jack Balch, Greg O'Connor, <br />Gina Piper, and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. June 25, 2014 <br />Commissioner Balch requested that the sentence "Commissioner Balch returned to the <br />dais." be added at the end of the discussion on Item 6.a., P14 -0440, 2015 -2023 <br />Housing Element Update on page 29. <br />Commissioner Allen requested that the sentence in the eleventh paragraph on page 16 <br />be modified to read as follows: "Commissioner Allen stated that she would like to ask a <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, July 9, 2014 Page 1 of 14 <br />
