2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. May 14, 2014 <br />Commissioner Allen moved to approve the Minutes of the May 14, 2014 Meeting, <br />as submitted. <br />Commissioner Ritter seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />Commissioners Allen, O'Connor, and Ritter <br />NOES: <br />None <br />ABSTAIN: <br />Commissioners Balch and Piper <br />RECUSED: <br />None <br />ABSENT: <br />None <br />The Minutes of the May 14, 2014 Meeting were approved as submitted. <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO ADDRESS THE <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS NOT ALREADY ON THE <br />AGENDA <br />Councilmembers Jerry Pentin and Kathy Narum thanked outgoing Planning <br />Commissioners Olson, Pearce, and Posson for their work and commitment to the City of <br />Pleasanton, and welcomed new Commissioners Gina Piper and Jack Balch. <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Janice Stern advised that there were no revisions or omissions to the Agenda. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted, approved, or <br />adopted by one motion unless a request for removal for discussion or <br />explanation is received from the Planning Commission or a member of the public <br />by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />There were no items for consideration under the Consent Calendar. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, May 28, 2014 Page 2 of 16 <br />
