THE CITY OF <br />PIP <br />�.... <br />PLEASANTON. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />City Council Chamber <br />200 Old Bernal Avenue, Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br />APPROVED <br />Wednesday, February 26, 2014 <br />(Staff has reviewed the proposed changes against the recorded proceedings <br />and confirms that these Minutes are accurate.) <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The Planning Commission Meeting of February 26, 2014, was called to order at <br />7:00 p.m. by Chair Olson. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Ritter. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Staff Members Present: Brian Dolan, Director of Community Development; Janice <br />Stern, Planning Manager; Larissa Seto, Assistant City <br />Attorney; Steve Otto, Senior Planner; Jenny Soo, Associate <br />Planner; and Maria L. Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, <br />Jennifer Pearce, Mark Posson and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a. February 12, 2014 <br />Commissioner Posson requested that the sentence in the eleventh paragraph of page <br />17 be modified to read as follows: "Commission Posson inquired if, from an engineering <br />standpoint, they will be doing some cut for that lot tee Lot 2 and if that fill w+N could be <br />used to taper that slope and eliminate the need for the retaining wall." <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES, February 26, 2014 Page 1 of 21 <br />
