CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 825 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-2.40, ARTICLE 4 <br /> (TENTATIVE MAP) SECTION 2-3.03, ARTICLE 5 (MINOR <br /> SUBDIVISIONS) AND ADDING SECTION 2-10.14 TO ARTICLE <br /> 19 (DESIGN REVIEW), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOP- <br /> MENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 2-2.40 (Filing), Article 4, Title II of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amended <br /> to read as follows: <br /> <br /> ~ 2-2.40 Filing. The subdivider shall file with the <br /> Planning Commission (25) white copies and one (1) <br /> duplicate transparency of the tentative map of each <br /> subdivision and such other copies as may be required <br /> by the Director of Planning or his designated repre- <br /> sentative. The time of filing of a tentative map <br /> shall be construed to be the time at which a tentative <br /> map meeting all of the requirements of this article <br /> has been filed with the Director of Planning or his <br /> designated representative, the environmental impact <br /> review process (including completion of any required <br /> environmental impact report or negative declaration) <br /> established by the City Council has been completed, <br /> and the project has received an allocation from the <br /> Residential Allocation Board for the number of units <br /> proposed to be subdivided. A tentative map shall not <br /> be accepted for filing which does not meet the above <br /> requirements. The Director of Planning or his desig- <br /> nated representative shall indicate the date of receipt <br /> of a tentative map meeting the requirements of this <br /> article and shall advise the applicant in writing <br /> when the time period for evaluation by the Planning <br /> Commission of the tentative map has commenced. <br /> <br /> The requirement that a project have an allocation from <br /> the Residential Allocation Board shall not be applicable <br /> to tentative maps submitted to the Director of Planning <br /> on or before June 27, 1977 or to any maps that have <br /> obtained sewer connection permits pursuant to Resolu- <br /> tion No. 77-108 (A Resolution Specifically Allocating <br /> 140 Single Family Dwelling Unit Equivalent Sewer <br /> Connections At The Sunol Sewage Treatment Plant For <br /> Properties Located Within The Sunol Sewer Service Area). <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 2-3.03 (Application), Article 5, Title II of the <br /> Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
