Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, and Mark <br />Posson <br />Commissioners Absent: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Jennifer Pearce, and Herb <br />Ritter <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
