Commissioner Allen moved to make the finding for Vesting Tentative Map 8159 <br />that the physical environment has not significantly changed since the time that <br />the City certified the Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) and <br />adopted the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Findings and Statement <br />of Overriding Considerations for the Housing Element Update and Climate Action <br />Plan General Plan Amendment and Rezonings and that no newer information or <br />changed circumstances required additional CEQA review, and that Vesting <br />Tentative Subdivision Map 8159 is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br />to make the subdivision map findings as stated in the staff report; and to approve <br />Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map 8159, subject to the Conditions of Approval <br />stated in Exhibit A of the staff report; and to make the required Conditional Use <br />Permit findings for Case P13 -2382 as listed in the staff report, and to approve <br />Case P13 -2382, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed in Exhibit A of the <br />staff report. <br />Commissioner O'Connor seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Allen, O'Connor, Olson, Pearce, and Ritter <br />NOES: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />RECUSED: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Resolutions Nos. The property is located at 3737 West <br />Ruby Hill Drive and is zoned PUD- A/OS /LDR (Planned Unit Development — <br />Agriculture /Open Space /Low Density Residential) District. <br />This item was continued to the December 11, 2013 meeting. <br />b. P13 -1858, City of Pleasanton <br />Public Scoping Session and Notice of Preparation of a Draft <br />Environmental Impact Report for the East Pleasanton Specific Plan, a <br />site of approximately 1,100 acres located east of Martin Avenue and <br />Valley Avenue, north of Stanley Boulevard, and south of Arroyo <br />Mocho.
