Hoey, Recording Secretary <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen, Greg O'Connor, Arne Olson, <br />Jennifer Pearce, Mark Posson, and Herb Ritter <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />a.
