CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted, approved, or <br />adopted by one motion unless a request for removal for discussion or <br />explanation is received from the Planning Commission or a member of the public <br />by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />a. P13- 1987/P13 -1988. Amerco Real Estate Co. <br />Applications for: (1) modification to the approved Conditional Use <br />Permit (PCUP -109) Cor -O -Van Moving and Storage located at 5555 Sunol <br />Blvd to accommodate a U -Haul moving, rental, and storage facility; and <br />(2) Design Review approval to modify the site and building. Zoning for <br />the property is I -P (Industrial Park) District. <br />b. P11 -0899, AT &T <br />Application for Design Review approval to install a wireless facility <br />consisting of a 55 -foot tall monopine and related wireless equipment <br />within the Transportation Corridor behind 2126 Rheem Drive and <br />adjacent to the Iron Horse Trail. <br />Commissioner O'Connor moved to make the Conditional Use Permit findings for <br />Case P13 -1987 as listed in the staff report and to approve Cases P13 -1987 and <br />P13 -1988, subject to the Conditions of Approval listed in the staff report as <br />Exhibit A -1 and Exhibit A -2, respectively; and Case P11 -0899, subject to the <br />Conditions of Approval listed in the staff report as Exhibit A. <br />Commissioner Allen seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Allen, O'Connor, Pearce, and Ritter. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Olson and Posson. <br />Resolutions Nos.
